1. Services

Arraial Empolgante Unipessoal Lda provides private guided tour services in Portugal through Sergio Mata Tours. Tours are led by licensed guides/drivers.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed after written confirmation by email. Prices on this website are starting prices for private groups unless a custom quote is issued.

3. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, monument tickets, meals and personal expenses are not included.

4. Cancellation

• More than 48 hours before tour start: full refund of any deposit paid.
• 24–48 hours: 50% charge.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% charge.

5. Changes

We may adjust routes for weather, road closures or monument capacity. Safety and guest experience take priority.

6. Liability

We maintain required insurance for passenger transport. Personal belongings remain the guest's responsibility.
